Galentine's Gala 2027

The Chesapeake Rotary Club is thrilled to announce our 2nd Annual Galentine’s Gala, our signature event celebrating women, friendship, and community!

Following the incredible success of our inaugural Gala in 2026, which welcomed more than 300 women and raised over $30,000 for women and family-focused causes throughout the Hampton Roads community, we are excited to make this year’s event even bigger and better.

Join us on Saturday, February 20, 2027, at the Chesapeake Conference Center as we welcome our community for an unforgettable evening of fun, connection, and philanthropy. This year, we hope to bring together more than 500 women from across Hampton Roads!

Guests will enjoy a wonderful sit-down dinner, amazing entertainment, dancing, a silent auction, photo booths, raffles, awards, and plenty of opportunities to celebrate the incredible women in our community.

Most importantly, the Galentine’s Gala is about giving back. The funds raised through this event support women and family-focused organizations and causes throughout Hampton Roads, helping strengthen families and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our neighbors.

An Elegant Evening of Celebration

In 2026, the Chesapeake Rotary Galentine’s Gala brought women from across our community together for an unforgettable evening of friendship, celebration, and giving — and we couldn’t be more proud of what our community accomplished together.

Our inaugural Gala was about more than a great night out with the women we love. It was about coming together to make a difference for our neighbors. Because of the generosity of our guests, sponsors, and supporters, we were able to give back to local organizations serving people right here in Chesapeake, including the Chesapeake Public Schools Education Foundation, helping provide weekend food backpacks to students experiencing food insecurity; Young Life; The Burfoot House, supporting women transitioning from domestic situations; and many other local causes.

Seeing the impact of the Gala reminded us of something we already know about Chesapeake: when our community comes together, incredible things happen.

And we’re just getting started!

We are thrilled to kick off the 2027 Chesapeake Rotary Galentine’s Gala on Saturday, February 20, 2027, at the Chesapeake Conference Center. We invite you to gather your girlfriends, coworkers, mothers, daughters, sisters, and neighbors for another special evening of friendship, fun, and philanthropy.
